Ted Cruz signs will be available for a $5 donation. Appetizers will be provided compliments of the Galveston Republican Women.

Galveston County Republican Party today announced that they are currently hiring Block Walkers to Get Out the Vote for the November Election.

Block Walkers will go door to door in various parts of Galveston County with information for Voters.

They will be organized into groups for safety and have targeted areas.

Groups will walk Saturdays in September and October for 6 hour shifts.

The position pays $10.00 a hour.
